Do I have to be present to receive my order?
 
We enjoy connecting with our customers during deliveries. However, if you are unable to make it to your pick up location at the designated time, please let us know ahead of time via email, voicemail or text message. If prior arrangements are made, we will leave your box at the pick up location. We guarantee in-tact packaging and quality of meat and eggs at the time of delivery.
An item is missing from my order.

Is there a delivery charge?
 
We offer free delivery to our listed pickup locations. Click Delivery Schedule on the left side of the page to see where we deliver to for free.
When will my order be delivered?
 
Delivery week is the second full week of the month, Monday through Saturday. Click Delivery Schedule on the left side of the page to see our upcoming delivery schedule and route.
